Anthony Sun Managing General Partner Venrock Associates
Tony Sun came to Venrock Associates in 1979. His previous experience was with Hewlett-Packard, TRW and Caere Corporation. Tony, based in Menlo Park, focuses exclusively on information technology projects. He serves on the boards of AccessLine Communications, ANDA Networks, BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited, Bivio Networks, Canesta, Cognex Corporation, Future Dial, Neoconix, Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., and Polaris Networks.
He previously served on the boards of Ramp/Nokia, Brightware/Firepond, Lightera Networks/ Ciena, StrataCom/Cisco, TransMedia Communications/Cisco, WhoWhere? Inc/Lycos, Worldtalk Corporation/Tumbleweed Communications Corporation and Zettacom/Integrated Device Technology.
Tony is currently a member of the Corporation and Trustee of MIT, serving concurrently on the investment committee and visiting committees of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and the Department of Material Science. He is also a board member of the National Venture Capital Association. In addition, Tony serves as a Commissioner and Trustee of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco.
Tony holds an S.B. in Electrical Engineering, an S.M. in Electrical Engineering, and an Electrical Engineer degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Ray Rothrock Managing General Partner Venrock Associates
Ray Rothrock joined Venrock in 1988. His focus is primarily information technology, security and energy companies.
Ray currently serves on the board of Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP) of Tel Aviv, Israel and a number of private company boards including Imaginova, Imperva, Jadoo Power Systems, PGP, Qpass, RedSeal Systems, Tri Alpha Energy, Vernier, Vontu, and Zia Laser. He previously served on the boards of P-Cube (acquired by Cisco, NASDAQ: CSCO), WholeSecurity (acquired by Symantec, NASDAQ: SYMC), Spyglass (NASDAQ: SPYG), DIGEX (acquired by Intermedia Communications), Pedestal Software (acquired by Altiris, NASDAQ: ALTS) and Haystack Labs (acquired by Trusted Information Systems/Network Associates). He also led Venrock's investment in DoubleClick (NASDAQ: DCLK). Ray has directly participated in over 30 investments for Venrock.
In addition to his activities at Venrock, Ray is Chairman of the Board of the Texas A&M Foundation, and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Woodside Priory School.
Ray received a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A & M University, an S.M. in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Ohad Finkelstein Former Chairman, CEO Interoute Telecom Group
Ohad Finkelstein joined Venrock in November 2005 as a Venture Partner. With an extensive background in the finance, technology, and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets, and products, Ohad will lead international investments for Venrock from offices in Europe and the Middle East.
Most recently, Ohad served as Chairman, President, and CEO of the pan-European Interoute Telecom Group, headquartered in the U.K. Prior to joining Interoute, he served as Senior Vice President International Sales and Vice President Global Operations for VocalTec Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: VOCL). He has also held management positions at companies including Packard Bell Electronics in the U.S. and has served as a senior advisor for IDEA, a world leader in financial and economic analysis.
Ohad currently chairs or sits on the boards of several companies, including Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. (FSE: EZ8), Ethos Networks Ltd., Exanet Inc., FlexLight Networks Inc., Kagoor Networks Inc. (acquired by Juniper Networks in 2005), P-Cube Inc. (acquired by Cisco Systems in 2004), Qpass Inc., and a la Mobile Inc., among others.
Ohad has a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
